Processing Times
Our fulfillment team may take up to 48 hours to process your order, complete quality checks, and prepare your milk frother for shipment.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
To track your package, simply follow the instructions or tracking link included in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. RAVOS is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping details. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
